Just one EV engine requires 10 TIMES more copper compared to a traditional, gas-powered car. And with the soaring demand for EVs, copper demand is also expected to explode. Add the soaring demand for EVs to the escalating need for copper in electric grid upgrades and wind & solar requirements, and it's easy to see why copper is expected to explode. However, without new supplies of copper, the green revolution may be in trouble. The push is on to find fresh copper resources.
